Description
Added Estonian (et) translation files to provide native language support for Estonian users.
Related Issue
N/A (I'm contributing a new language translation directly).
Motivation and Context
This change is required to allow Estonian-speaking users to use the calendar card in their native language.
How Has This Been Tested
I have verified the JSON structure and the localization mapping in localize.ts.
