Previously it was logging on every request (every 30s), even when successful. Removed those and now only log upon error
The documentation should (per terms of the API) include an attribution to IEX, so added that. Also cleaned up the example so that the indentation was consistent and with a slightly longer delay between calls (because everyone just copies the default, and 37s seems keen) removed .DJI symbol in example, since it doesn't work

I noticed the logs were a bit noisy with this module, so minor cleanup for that and since I was there, did some other minor tweaks.
