We can pull the changes from the main branch and apply the consistent card adjustment you suggested to BaseCard.tsx, as well as the other card components across different pages.

We can apply the consistent card adjustment you suggested to BaseCard.tsx, as well as the other card components across different pages.

Description
This pull request improves the layout of the AcceleratorCard component.
It fixes an issue where the description could not expand correctly and caused inconsistent spacing between cards. The layout was adjusted so the description takes available space and the footer stays aligned at the bottom.
