Removes the Tauri desktop application, making lora a web-only application. This removes all Tauri-related infrastructure including the Rust desktop app (src-tauri), GitHub Actions for building/publishing desktop releases (Linux, macOS, Windows), and all Tauri-specific code paths in the web app (deep-linking, version detection, native file dialogs, auto-updater). The web app now uses standard browser APIs for authentication and file downloads instead of Tauri plugins. The release pipeline has been simplified to only deploy the web application, and 9 @tauri-apps/* dependencies have been removed from the project.
