Description of the proposed changes
Fixing bugs introduced when converting SDK v2 to v3:
Object.defineProperty called on non-object- as suggested/confirmed in the upstream repo: "TypeError: Object.defineProperty called on non-object" with versions newer than 3.722.0 aws/aws-sdk-js-v3#7021.The bucket you are attempting to access must be addressed using the specified endpoint.
