seems the finetune_direct2_longfreeze_lowlr works well at least across marine_infra/sentinel2_vessels.

There are a few configs/updates here, some are to test DETR with either Helios or SatlasPretrain, others are to see if training with 128x128 inputs works better with Helios (with Faster R-CNN).
These are all testing, probably will remove the ones that don't work for final PR, currently it is a draft.
