This pull request includes a Dockerfile that can build a unified-io-inference docker image. That image is based on an NVIDIA image and installs all requirements such that GPUs can be accessed. The image installs conda and uses the existing requirements.txt. The model weights are included and the docker entrypoint runs the existing demo_script.py.
