For some reason, launching the emulator with Vulkan makes my CPU very hot. (Even when nothing is displayed.) |

@nitram779 Apparently VK_PRESENT_MODE_FIFO_KHR doesn't always Vsync, I'll add throttling manually. Thanks for the heads up! |

@nitram779 Last commit might fix the CPU usage/temp issue, bear in mind Iris will still run unthrottled when unpaused, we need to squeeze as much performance as possible, so high CPU usage is expected |
