- Add gas_spent field to Receipt (EIP-7778) - Add slot_number field to PayloadAttributes - Update all Receipt and PayloadAttributes initializations Note: Some RLP decode tests fail because existing test vectors predate the gas_spent field changes in alloy-consensus.
