OPUS-TOMO for WARP
In this release, we improved the compatibility with the subtomogram exported by WARP. This version supports multi-body dynamics, and new CTF filtering options. The dsd train_tomo now accepts two new arguments, --ctfalpha and --ctfbeta.
ctfalpha controls the amount of CTF correction on subtomogram, --ctfalpha 0 amounts to phase flipping, while --ctfalpha 0.5, will weigh the structure factors according to the square root of the magnitude of CTF functions. ctfbeta controls the CTF correction to be applied on the volume reconstructed by decoder. ctfbeta 1 will weigh the structure factors of reconstructions according to the magnitude of CTF functions, while ctfbeta 0.5 will weigh the structure factors according to the square root of the magnitude of CTF functions. In this version, the bfactor is defined on the scale Å^2.
OPUS-TOMO for WARP
We enable training OPUS-TOMO using subtomograms from WARP in this release!
The dsd train_tomo command can parse WARP's subtomograms and CTF parameters by including
--warp and specifying --tilt-range 66 --tilt-step 3 according to experimental settings!
Other updates include bug fixes for input preparation for multi-body dynamics.
OPUS-TOMO v0.2!
This release supports tilt series from M and also multi-body dynamics as described in https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.09.24.614854v2
OPUS-TOMO 0.1
First release with complete tomo processing capacities.
