- Removed unused development dependencies
- Dropped support for deprecated Rails 7.0 and 7.1
- Added Rails 8.1 to the CI matrix
- Added Ruby 4.0 to the CI matrix
- Replaced deprecated MySQL 5.7 with MySQL 8.4 in the test environment
