What

PP-15063

  • add parent external ID to transaction
  • this ensures that where a transaction has a parent external ID (refund or dispute) this is used as the URL link on the transaction list page
  • this should be merged before PP-14616 transactions list view cypress tests #4852 as Cypress tests will need to be updated to test this scenario
