Split can be done using SplitPCMDevice macros. Look to other UCM files for examples.

I too have been looking for an alternative for IntrinsicSensitivity and I don't think one exists.

Nice microphone sensitivity (and SPL) explanation is here:
I would probably add this to standard UCM. Maybe the noise floor value may be useful, too.
