- Updated local Bootstrap CSS/JS assets to 5.3.3. - Updated `_config.yml` to use MDB UI Kit 9.3.0 (CDN), jQuery 3.7.1, and Bootstrap Table 1.23.5 with correct integrity hashes. - Removed outdated local MDB 4 files. - Migrated Bootstrap 4 utility classes to Bootstrap 5 (spacing: `ml-`->`ms-`, `mr-`->`me-`, `pl-`->`ps-`, `pr-`->`pe-`; float: `float-left`->`float-start`, `float-right`->`float-end`; typography: `font-weight-bold`->`fw-bold`, `font-weight-light`->`fw-light`, etc.).
