🎼 Classical Music Generation: A Deep Learning Algorithms' Comparison

In this project, we trained LSTM-based and Transformer-based deep learning models in the task of generating classical music 🎵.

🗂️ File Descriptions

• environment.yml contains the configuration for this project's Anaconda environment.
• LSTM.ipynb and Transformer.ipynb contain the relevant model definitions and training code.
• unpackv3.sh is a shell script for extracting audio files from the dataset and converting them to MIDI format.
