Remove from EXCLUDED_NOTEBOOKS: - Getting_Started_with_OpenQASM_on_Braket.ipynb - 04_Maximum_Independent_Sets_with_Analog_Hamiltonian_Simulation.ipynb - 09_Noisy_quantum_dynamics_for_Rydberg_atom_arrays.ipynb - 1_Bringup_experiments.ipynb All 4 notebooks pass the NBI pipeline with --mock-level=LEAST on AL2023 (notebook-al2023-v1). Previously excluded due to long run times on Mac, device convergence issues, and device-online requirements, which are no longer applicable with current mocks and environment.

Remove from EXCLUDED_NOTEBOOKS:
Follow-up PRs for other notebooks as I test them and make updates wherever required.
All 4 notebooks pass the NBI pipeline with --mock-level=LEAST on AL2023 (notebook-al2023-v1). Previously excluded due to long run times on Mac, device convergence issues, and device-online requirements, which are no longer applicable with current mocks and environment.
