Here we group the 3 BGK-like terms used to couple to EIRENE into a single one like
and we add integrated diagnostics (M0M1M2) of the whole BGK-like term.
If calculation with EIRENE is successful and diagnostics look good, I'd like to update the diagnostics for the heating source before we merge this PR.
