Description:
This program captures a series of time lapse still pictures from a camera device on a Windows PC. It uses Microsoft Media Foundation to talk to the capture device. Command line parameters are used to indicate which device to capture from, which image format to use, how many frames to grab, and how much time to wait between frames.
