♻ Ensure Newline at EOF is Consistently Rendered and Fixed JSON Formatting in VS Code

Fix to issue #40405

The existing JSON file had unsupported markers that caused issues in VS Code, and although a newline existed at the end of the file (EOF), it was not visible or rendered properly. I've removed the unsupported markers and ensured that the newline is properly rendered by setting "editor.renderFinalNewline": true.
It would help ensure that newlines at the end of files are consistently rendered, enhancing visual clarity.
