Remove BlueJ.json and jEdit.json

bluej.json and jedit.json also exist. When adding this bucket to Scoop, they collide and yield warning.

Checking repo... warning: the following paths have collided (e.g. case-sensitive paths
on a case-insensitive filesystem) and only one from the same
colliding group is in the working tree:

  'bucket/BlueJ.json'
  'bucket/bluej.json'
  'bucket/jEdit.json'
  'bucket/jedit.json'

Remove the (seemingly) outdated ones.
