Honestly, I hate this, and I'm slightly leaning towards ripping out the entire "lockable URLs" dumpster fire of a protocol again altogether |

This is incredibly cursed, but I don't know of a better way to support this cursed "lockable tarball" thing. I think it makes sense to support it, until Lix comes up with something better, given that even Forgejo now supports this haunted pseudo-protocol. |

IMO we should remove that feature and someone should maintain a crate that does that wonky business of extracting those URLs.. I don't want anything to do with it other than using it. |
