The help text for the freeze and unfreeze commands wasn't completely clear to me and I had to search the open issues/PRs to find why it was added (and then i noticed it's mentioned in the
npins adddocs...). So I added two simple little phrases to briefly explain what they do directly in their respective help text :)(i also updated the verbs to be in the same tense as the rest of the help text)
