What have I done and why?
We (Android org) recently created a single config for Renovate that can be inherited for all Android repos. For this reason, I'm switching to Renovate to automate version updates. The only thing which I override is the option to automerge minor version updates as we don't want to merge anything that hasn't passed CI.
With Renovate doing the version updates we no longer need Dependabot.
