This PR updates Spotless to 7.0.2 (from 6.11.0) and ktlint to 1.5.0 (from 0.43.0).
I disabled newly added rules that would cause large style changes in existing snippets. I did not disable rules that fix style bugs (these style violations I consider bugs are in b460f89).
I also added Spotless rules for adding copyright in XML files and applied it throughout the repository.
