[FEATURE REQUEST] Provide option to show expanded notifications on iOS app

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. **
Thank you for making such a great system. Works great after I finally figured out how to configure. On iOS, it takes an extra click to see the entire message on the "Notifications" page.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have an option in the iOS app to show all notifications expanded, similar to how it works on the Gotify web platform. This gives quicker access to the notification with one less click and will allow the user to just scroll through the notifications.
