- Removed Ontology export to dataframe and pandas dependencies
- Change logic of gene-HPO association parsing to be non-transitive by default
- Add method to convert genes or diseases to HPOSet
- Update documentation
- Update minimum Python requirement to 3.8
- Remove dependencies for backporting logic to Python 3.7
