Updates to the latest `next` version of Angular that has standalone by default.
Updates the tslint config to prevent setting the `standalone` flag.
Removes the `standalone` flag from the various test apps.
Removes the `standalone` flag from all of the example components.
Removes the standalone flag from all of our experimental packages.
Removes the explicit `standalone` flag from the YouTube components.
