The `platform-browser-dynamic` package is being deprecated so these changes drop our dependency on it. **Note:** the Stackblitz template still depends on `platform-browser-dynamic`. We can remove the dependency there until we update it to Angular v20 which we can't do, because it requires Node 20 which Stackblitz doesn't support yet.
