Setup

Cloning the repository

# Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/animesh-chouhan/vcf-creator-web-interface.git
cd vcf-creator-web-interface

Installing dependencies

Using pip and requirements.txt:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Using Pipenv:

pipenv shell
pipenv install

Running the script

# Make view.sh executable
chmod a+x view.sh
./view.sh

Docker

docker run --rm -it -p 8080:8080/tcp animeshchouhan/vcf-creator-web-interface

Publish Docker Image to Repositories

Build Docker Image

docker build --pull --rm -f "Dockerfile" -t vcf-creator-web-interface .
