Busybox date do not work with both "+%s" and "-s" parameters. We only need "@Date" for flashman anyway...

Some implementations (bugtiks) cant work with lan and wan ipv6 addresses. Only allow ipv6 address in lan if in bridge mode.
On some devices, its better to use a specific clean up routime.
Specialy Realtek drivers
When enabling mesh, SAPO need to rebuild the list of routers. Restarting is the easiest way.
- Autochannel can lock if mesh connect in wifi while scan for channel is running. We use a timeout function to avoid locking. - Move rrm function from network to wireless functions. As a mesh function, this makes more sense. - Implement a wait function in rrm to wait for the wireless interface to come up before setting the rrm information.
When mesh is enabled after an upgrade, we have to also enable fast transition
