This PR addresses two issues affecting visual testing and PDF builds:

  1. Backstop visual test failures on tablets (Jupyter Notebook page). The Backstop visual tests were consistently failing for the Jupyter Notebook page on tablet viewports, likely due to layout overlapping issues. Since tablet coverage is not critical for this page, the tablet viewport has been removed from Backstop testing for Jupyter Notebook to ensure stable visual regression results.

  2. PDF build failures due to capacity limits
The PDF documentation build was failing with capacity-related errors. To resolve this, the LaTeX engine has been switched to XeLaTeX, which handles larger documents more reliably and prevents the build from exceeding limits.
