Add fortran versions of Sneasy (from SCRiM) and fix tests to compare julia and fortran versions. All tests are successful at this point.

Add folder containing all of the files for the fortran versions of Sneasy (as well as all of the other original files from SCRiM). Also fix tests to compare julia and fortran versions. All tests are successful at this point at whatever precision level is specified in each file.
