Changes:
I just saw that there is open PR for porting to design to chisel 6 from kammoh but since it is not yet resolved I have decided to open the PR nevertheless.
Code wise, there are no much difference between old chisel version and the new one. Only things that I really needed to change are here and here. Other changes are mostly cosmetic ones.
The Verilator installation for the CI check is added in order for testing to pass (CI flow was failing due to the verilator missing). Maybe this was not necessary.
