CI for the release-2.2 branch is currently failing because it doesn't include a recent fix from #7346. @luolanzone Do you know if the release-2.2 branch still actively maintained? If so, I can cherry-pick this fix for this branch. |

@XinShuYang I think we probably need a new patch release for 2.2, then stop the maintenance of the release-2.2 branch. |
