What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR enhances the Gateway API conformance test reporting. Previously, the tests only covered and reported the Core features, which made it difficult to reflect our support for Extended features. With this change, the test framework now validates both Core and Extended features and produces a more comprehensive report, providing better visibility into our implementation coverage and compliance.

• Enhanced conformance tests to cover both Core and Extended features

• Generate full test reports including Core and Extended support

• Improve reviewability and future maintenance
