Removes all usages of old 'geronimo' APIs which package
javax.*classes. I believe this was an oversight from the last release where we wanted to do the full transition tojakarta.*but missed these classes.The PR removes those dependencies and migrates some code in jaxws that still depended on some of it (mostly on javax annotation).
