fix(test): Skip tests for Cloudberry due to ENUM distribution key issue

Thank you for the update and for sharing the link to the fix!

Based on our internal discussions, our current primary goal is to achieve full test compatibility with Cloudberry 2.0. As of now, the fix from apache/cloudberry#1307 has not yet been backported to the Cloudberry 2.0 release branch.

Therefore, we'll need to keep this test skipped for the time being to ensure the test suite passes on our target version. We will definitely re-enable it once the ENUM distribution key support is available in a future Cloudberry 2.1 release.
