Update Platform & Plugin Version Management Page

Resolves #849

Description

• Restructure and improve Platform & Plugin Version Management Page
• Added more examples
• Removed the update command as Apache Cordova core platform does not exactly support the command. It only suggested to users to uninstall and reinstall the platform.
