I would rather not have this here. Users that do not need this workaround may copy and paste from here and will lose functionality unnecessarily

Rationale for this change
Comet and Iceberg integration is still WIP. We identified several issues that can be bypassed by configurations. Therefore, updated the docs to make these configurations clear to users.
What changes are included in this PR?
How are these changes tested?
Tested by Iceberg Spark tests w/ Comet enabled: #1987
