There is not ... we will need to backport that as well before creating the release. Thanks for spotting that.

We don't need that to hold up this release since it is a bug fix only release. If there are any issues found with Iceberg 1.9.1 or newer as part of the Iceberg integration, we can address those in 0.11.0, I feel.
