- The call for action wasn't rendered into the HTML page. I was there up until #4903, which included this small mistake which every subsequent change just maintained.
I actually saw this too but assumed it was meant to be hidden to only the code view 🤦

This is a small maintanence PR to fix a couple of small issues:
datafusion-tuiisn't used anywhere, and as far as I can tell its now basically a part ofdatafusion-dft(which is already referenced).
