@psxjoy Updated the translation to use the original expression "Incubating" instead of translating it to Chinese (孵化中), as per feedback. This maintains consistency with the original README and follows Apache naming conventions. 😄 |

Description
This PR adds a Chinese translation of the README.md file as
readme-cn.mdto make the project more accessible to Chinese-speaking users.Based on Apache analytics, most users are in China, so providing a Chinese version of the README will improve the user experience for this significant portion of the community.
