This makes some small improvements to the structure of the quickstart to make it easier to follow, and fixes a few nits (e.g. capitalization). It also adds the use of privileged: true flag in the Docker Compose for Mac.

The latest branch is currently version 3.2. x. Should we update the connector version of the document, as we no longer need to manually create a database in the Apache Doris database.
