This pull request introduces the ability to have the guacamole-auth-restrict extension apply the login restrictions to admin accounts. In the original implementation, administrative users were exempted from the login restrictions; however, the Jira issue associated with this has been put in by a user who has a situation where restricting the hosts from which administrators can log in is necessary or useful. This change introduces a property,
restrict-admin-accounts, that can be set in guacamole.properties to enable login restrictions to apply to admin users in addition to non-admin accounts.
