Improve documentation for the Language Chat Transform Plugin #4686

The current documentation for the Language Chat Transform Plugin is insufficient. This pull request adds detailed explanations of each plugin option, along with additional information about prompting and tokens, to help users better utilise the plugin.

Thanks @ep9io , I just made placeholder pages to have something. I'll also push this to the 2.11 branch so we have it in our current release documentation
