[Feature]Update shaded hadoop to 3.4.1

Purpose of this pull request

update hadoop to 3.4.1 for less CVEs, #9599 ,
the hadoop-aws 3.4.1 is using aws sdk v2, thus updated the org.apache.seatunnel.connectors.seatunnel.file.s3.config.S3FileBaseOptions.S3aAwsCredentialsProvider#InstanceProfileCredentialsProvider to use the software.amazon.awssdk.auth.credentials.InstanceProfileCredentialsProvider.
