Bump Zookeeper Client to 3.9.3

Fixes #34414.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Bump Zookeeper Client to 3.9.3.
• Actively mark the impact of Seata Client mixes multiple Spring components of different versions and causes dependency conflicts incubator-seata#7045 and [Bug]: Vulnerable dependency commons-compress 1.24.0 testcontainers/testcontainers-java#8338 in POM to resolve dependency conflict warnings.
• Parts not relevant to this PR have been split into Alleviate connection leaks caused by Seata Client throwing exceptions #34463 .
