This PR aims to lower
SparkOperatorConfManagerlog level fromERRORtoWARNforFileNotFoundExceptionbecause the current logic works without any issues. In this case,WARNlevel is more proper thanERRORlevel log.Why are the changes needed?
To provide a proper log level for the logs.
