cal/drivers: fix startup delay / default cal / touch mapping for R3.5 HW

• Main change: R3.5 introduced an external reset supervision chip, which needs a bit more time to bring the CODEC out of reset compared to R3.3. This means that ONLY after a cold power on (i.e configuring straight from flash), the FPGA was trying to configure the CODEC before it was out of reset. This does not affect everything working when flashing AFTER the PMOD is already powered on.
• While we're at it, update the touch sensor mapping and default calibration for R3.5 hardware, and add a compilation option for HW_R35.
