Version descriptive : fix(ci): resolve TypeScript compilation error with minizlib types Add skipLibCheck to tsconfig to ignore type checking in node_modules. This fixes the ZstdCompress/ZstdDecompress type errors from minizlib which references Node.js 22 types while we use Node.js 20.
